History
Straight to success.
Max Pichler AG was founded in 1970 by Käthi and Max Pichler. Simple lathes of the «Schaublin 102» type were initially used to produce bronze bearing bushes.
The first CNC precision lathe was used as early as 1982. The new possibilities in the production of sophisticated molds helped the company to achieve a breakthrough, which came in 1983 with the purchase of the SUPREMA GmbH received valuable support. With SUPREMA GmbH, the company was now able to trade and supply raw materials such as bronze and non-ferrous metals itself.
In 1985, the new building at Benzburgweg 7 was occupied. This created space for the first real machining center «Mori-Seiki Junior». Ten years later, the two companies expanded further and moved into the second stage of the new building.
In 2004, the company moved into a separate office wing, which made it possible to expand the production area.
In 2008, the current management took over Max Pichler AG.
The extension will be occupied in 2015.
